Bill Mosher has a passion for cars, trucks and motorcycles. "To me, vehicles represent more than just basic transportation; vehicles change people's lives." After moving to the west coast in the early seventies, Bill worked at dealerships in Vancouver and Victoria in sales and management.

Bill is an ideas guy. Through the years, he noticed a significant number of people searched for vehicles after hours and went out of their way to avoid sales staff.
